We’re looking for a Sports Specialist who can bring knowledge, passion, and perspective from the sports industry to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, evaluate outputs across a range of sports topics, and provide structured feedback to improve accuracy, clarity, and usefulness in both professional and educational contexts.
On a typical day, you will review AI-generated content, annotate errors, assess responses for factual accuracy and reasoning, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and guidelines. Tasks may include analyzing game strategies, reviewing performance techniques, assessing rule interpretations, or evaluating training methodologies.
A background or strong interest in the sports industry is required. This could come from formal education (e.g., sports science, kinesiology, coaching), professional experience (athletics, coaching, journalism, analysis), or demonstrated involvement in the field. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail are essential.

We offer a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and reliable internet connection; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
