Die Michels Trenchless GmbH in Wiesbaden ist Teil der familiengeführten Michels-Unternehmensgruppe aus Brownsville, Wisconsin mit 8.000 Mitarbeitenden und ca. 4 Mrd. USD Umsatz im Jahr. Aufgaben
- Planung, Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Projektaktivitäten
- Führung des Projektteams und Übernahme der Aufsichtsverantwortung
- Analyse von Projektvorschlägen und -plänen zur Festlegung von Umfang, Zeitrahmen, Budget und Ressourcenbedarf
- Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Kunden und Subunternehmern
- Vertragsmanagement vom Erstkontakt bis zum Projektabschluss
- Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden
- Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Sauberkeitsstandards auf der Baustelle
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium oder durch Berufserfahrung erworbene gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Langejährige Berufserfahrung in Bauprojekten davon mindestens 5 Jahre im Projektmanagement
- Gutes Vertragsverständnis (EPC) sowie Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen Normen und Vorschriften auch bzgl. Kalkulation, Ausschreibung und Vergabe
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite und notwendigen Software-Werkzeugen wie z.B. iTWO, MS Project, Primavera P6
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsqualitäten
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft zu unseren europäischen Baustellen
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
