Moniepoint Inc. is on a mission to deliver financial happiness to every African, everywhere, by
providing businesses, their employees, and their customers with simple financial tools. Since
2019, we’ve become Nigeria's largest merchant acquirer, processing over $17 billion monthly

What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for dynamic and results-oriented Regional Facilities Managers to oversee the
management of our facilities across designated regions in Nigeria. If you excel in project
execution, workspace functionality, space planning, and can translate concepts into
actionable 2D/3D architectural drawings, we’d love to meet you.

All successful candidates must demonstrate strong project management capabilities and
possess a valid HSE certification. These roles are essential to supporting our growing
infrastructure with compliant, well-designed, and efficient work environments.

Role Overview
As a Regional Facilities Manager at Moniepoint, you will manage the operations of multiple
facilities in your assigned region. Your responsibilities will span property acquisition, office
development, health and safety compliance, project execution, space planning, vendor
oversight, and facility maintenance.

You will leverage your proficiency in architectural and 3D design to conceptualize and deliver
workspace layouts that align with Moniepoint’s operational and brand standards. This role
demands cross-functional collaboration, technical excellence, and the ability to deliver
cost-effective, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Facilities Operations and Management
● Manage daily operations and maintenance of all Moniepoint facilities in the region,
including offices, branches, and repair centers.
● Ensure facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and
company policies.
● Implement preventive maintenance programs and monitor service delivery quality.
● Oversee workspace functionality, safety, and operational standards.
Space Planning and Design
● Develop detailed 2D architectural plans and 3D renderings for new and existing facilities.
● Utilize tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to optimize space usage and design
layouts.
● Translate business requirements into functional, efficient, and brand-aligned
workspaces.
● Review and update designs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Property Acquisition and Lease Management
● Lead the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of properties that meet business
needs.
● Support lease documentation, title verification, and legal review with relevant
departments.
● Manage office and employee relocation efforts, ensuring smooth transitions.
Project Management and Workspace Coordination
● Deliver end-to-end management of facility development and upgrade projects across
multiple locations.
● Coordinate project timelines, design reviews, contractor engagement, and execution.
● Ensure adherence to quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
● Provide post-project support including snag list closure and handover documentation.
Vendor and Contractor Management
● Select, onboard, and oversee third-party vendors for construction, maintenance, and
support services.
● Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, drive compliance, and manage performance
reviews.
● Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain relationships with key service providers.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
● Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations across
all facilities.
● Implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and regular risk assessments.
● Promote environmental sustainability through energy efficiency and waste management
initiatives.
● All candidates must hold a valid HSE certification and demonstrate practical HSE
implementation experience.
Cost and Budget Management
● Prepare and manage the regional facilities budget, tracking all expenses.
● Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
● Provide monthly reports on expenditures, project costs, and budget performance.
Employee and Workspace Support
● Recommend and deliver workspace improvements that enhance employee productivity
and satisfaction.
● Oversee procurement and maintenance of office furniture, utilities, and equipment.
● Ensure clean, safe, and conducive environments through effective janitorial and utility
services.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting
● Gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of facilities services and identify
improvement opportunities.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance, cost control, and
space management.
● Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to align infrastructure
plans with organizational goals.

Qualifications
Experience
● Minimum of 7 years’ experience in facilities management, infrastructure development,
and project execution.
● Proven record of managing end-to-end facility projects across multiple locations.
● Strong background in space planning and architectural design, including 2D/3D
drawings.
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Skills
● Proficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
● Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
● Solid knowledge of HSE and regulatory requirements.
● Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Certifications
● Valid HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) is mandatory.
● Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a strong advantage.
● Membership in a professional body (e.g., IFMA, ARCON) is a plus.
