Monster Ambassador Team (MAT) – Future Opportunities Latin America

Our Monster Ambassadors are the face of our products — driving trial, building relationships, and creating real moments of connection between consumers and the brands they love.

What this kind of role looks like
- Generate consumer trial of company drink products through guerrilla and event-based sampling
- Communicate core brand messaging and pillars to consumers in the field
- Support sales efforts through event sampling, merchandising, and lead generation
- Build and maintain key account relationships and centers of influence
- Ensure point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed, products are properly stocked, and cold vault standards are met
- Care for all program materials and brand assets with professionalism and precision
What we typically look for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in promotional sales or field marketing
- Strong consumer-facing communication skills and a natural ability to engage people
- High personal standards around appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
- Comfort working flexible schedules across a variety of retail and event environments
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
