Zakres odpowiedzialności:

Twój zakres obowiązków:

Realizacja kampanii SoMe– codzienna praca w oparciu o strategię marki, kalendarz aktywności, terminy oraz określone wskaźniki KPI.
Planowanie obecności marki w social media – bieżące planowanie i prowadzenie aktywacji typu on-going w kanałach Facebook, Instagram oraz TikTok.
Współtworzenie konceptów kreatywnych – aktywny udział w burzach mózgów i kreowaniu kampanii oraz aktywacji specjalnych wykraczających poza standardowy content.
Nadzór nad produkcją contentu – koordynacja procesów powstawania materiałów foto, wideo oraz assetów digitalowych (od pomysłu i koncepcji aż po finalną publikację).
Współpraca z influencerami – tworzenie precyzyjnych, angażujących i kreatywnych briefów dla twórców internetowych.
Raportowanie działań – przygotowywanie oraz prezentowanie czytelnych raportów z efektów pracy dla działu marketingu.
Szeroka współpraca partnerska – codzienne współdziałanie wewnątrz zespołu SoMe, a także z działem marketingu klienta, agencją mediową oraz agencją kreatywną.

Wymagania:

Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu komunikacji w mediach społecznościowych dla marek (min. 1-2 lata).
Kreatywność osadzona w strategii – umiejętność łączenia nieszablonowych pomysłów z celami biznesowymi i pozycjonowaniem marki.
Znajomość influencer marketingu – dobra orientacja w świecie twórców i wiedza, jak powinien wyglądać skuteczny brief.
Świetna organizacja i koordynacja – sprawność w prowadzeniu procesów, dotrzymywaniu terminów i pracy na celach (KPI).
Samodzielność operacyjna – wysokie poczucie odpowiedzialności za powierzone projekty.
Wyczucie contentowe i digital creative – śledzenie trendów (szczególnie na TikToku i Instagramie) i zmysł estetyczny.
Mile widziane doświadczenie w prowadzeniu kampanii SoMe dla klientów z branży FMCG (food).
