Profesional con 3 años de experiencia en el cargo, tener conocimiento 360 en planeación de medios, su fuerte puede ser atl un 70% y un 30% de digital. Creativo, organizado, que le gusten los procesos, con experiencia en manejo de equipos. Conocimientos en plataformas para planeación atl, Excel intermedio.
OBJETIVO CARGO: Administrar de manera eficiente los recursos designados por el cliente para la comunicación de sus marcas en puntos de contacto, diseñando, elaborando y controlando el plan, partiendo de estrategias innovadoras para el grupo de clientes asignados y utilizando las herramientas propias de IPG MB
RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES
· MANEJAR ATL Y DIGITAL (INTEGRAL)
· Conocimiento general de lo que hace cada área, para poder vender los servicios.
· Administrar efectivamente el 100% de su equipo, tomando decisiones acertadas respecto a la gestión del talento interno y de su manejo, en términos de cumplimiento de políticas, y normas establecidas por IPG MB.
· Entender y proporcionar al cliente cada uno de los entregables que, por contrato, la compañía se ha comprometido a enviarle en contra prestación del servicio.
· Elaboración y revisión de competencias para detectar oportunidades.
· Participar en la reunión de Brief y De-Brief donde se establece el entregable final al cliente, teniendo en cuenta los parámetros mínimos de cada agencia.
· Recibir el brief e iniciar el proceso de trabajo, asegurando la participación de todos los recursos de la mesa de trabajo y de las diversificaciones de IPG MB que se requieran.
· Coordinar la integración de todas las áreas para la revisión del brief, con el fin de abrir espacios de Q&A, así como establecer lineamientos de planificación dentro del proceso a seguir.
· Direccionar al Analista de Inteligencia de Mercados, respecto al desarrollo del análisis, generación de aprendizajes, oportunidades y hallazgos aplicables a la marca.
· Negociar tiempos de entrega de informes (competencias, post análisis, reales cumplidos, racionales, etc), planes (anuales, por marca y tácticos), facturación (recepción de los medios y envío al cliente, pagos, soportes, etc.)
