Buscamos a nuestro próximo Regional Ecommerce / E-Retail Assistant, este es un rol de soporte clave dentro del equipo regional de Commerce de The HIVE, enfocado en la ejecución operativa, seguimiento y optimización básica de campañas de Retail Media y eCommerce en múltiples mercados de LATAM.
Este rol trabaja de forma estrecha con Commerce Managers, Planners y equipos locales, asegurando consistencia regional en procesos, pacing, control de presupuestos y reporting, siempre alineado a los objetivos de negocio del cliente.
Es una posición ideal para perfiles en crecimiento, con base sólida en eCommerce y Retail Media, que buscan desarrollarse en un entorno regional exigente, colaborativo y orientado a resultados.
Core Responsibilities
Retail Media & eCommerce Execution Support
- Apoyar la implementación y seguimiento de campañas de Retail Media y eCommerce bajo los lineamientos regionales de The HIVE.
- Asistir en la configuración operativa de campañas en plataformas de Retail Media y eRetail.
- Controlar y dar seguimiento a presupuestos, pacing y delivery, asegurando eficiencia y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Ejecutar ajustes operativos básicos y optimizaciones guiadas, priorizando impacto en resultados.
- Verificar la correcta estructura, formatos y segmentación de campañas, eliminando reprocesos.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitorear el desempeño de campañas regionales y locales, detectando alertas y oportunidades de mejora.
- Apoyar la consolidación de reportes regionales con foco en KPIs relevantes para el negocio.
- Mantener actualizada la bitácora de campañas, aprendizajes y optimizaciones.
- Asegurar claridad y precisión en la información compartida con equipos internos.
Regional Collaboration & Process Support
- Colaborar con equipos locales, planners y cuentas para garantizar un flujo de información eficiente y ordenado.
- Apoyar la correcta adopción de procesos, guías y playbooks regionales de The HIVE.
- Trabajar de manera coordinada con equipos de Operations, Data y Tech cuando sea requerido
- Anticipar y escalar posibles riesgos operativos, contribuyendo a soluciones prácticas
Learning, Culture & Team Support
- Participar activamente en espacios de capacitación regional y adopción de mejores prácticas.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias del ecosistema de Retail Media y eCommerce.
- Aportar una actitud proactiva, colaborativa y orientada a la mejora continua.
Qualifications & Experience
Requisitos Indispensables
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Administración o carreras afines.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Retail Media, eCommerce, Performance Media o Sponsored Ads.
- Experiencia básica en:
- Monitoreo de campañas
- Control de pacing
- Gestión de presupuestos
- Conocimiento práctico de plataformas de Retail Media y/o eCommerce.
- Capacidad analítica y alta atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para trabajar en entornos regionales y colaborativos.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel / Google Sheets.
- Inglés intermedio (lectura y comunicación básica en contexto regional).
Requisitos Deseables
- Experiencia previa en agencias de medios.
- Conocimiento de KPIs de eCommerce y Retail Media.
- Experiencia interactuando con múltiples mercados LATAM.
- Interés por automatización, data y mejora de procesos.
