London, England, United Kingdom · Posted 1 day agoDescription
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator, International Events to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and physical execution of our international live events roadmap across active markets. Sitting at the intersection of event operations, member engagement, and brand execution, you will partner closely with the Senior Manager to bring high-impact global activations to life. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, International Events, you will own essential operational workflows from building event web pages and managing ticketing platforms to tracking expenses, handling vendor logistics, and supporting on-site execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing brand experiences to life, and take proactive ownership of your work, this role is for you.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Assist across all phases of event planning and execution, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, resource management, AV technicians and other suppliers
- Build and manage event web pages, workflows, and guest management systems (RSVP/ticketing platforms) across multiple teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, managing event-related communication channels (pre and post event) and delivering top-tier customer service to our community
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed event timelines and detailed run-of-show schedules and operational documentation to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery
- Oversee event registration workflows and attendee record-keeping, ensuring clear communication and smooth access for VIPs, media, and general guest and members
- Provide hands-on, on-site support during activations - managing setup, assisting staff, overseeing guest check-in, troubleshooting live issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for members and attendees
- Assist in tracking line-item expenses, processing vendor invoices, and providing regular financial status reports to management
- Remain vigilant for opportunities to optimize event workflows, tool usage, and execution strategies, proactively suggesting and implementing operational improvements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Marketing, PR, Social, Content) to ensure all operational requirements and event details are clearly communicated and executed
- Contribute to the creative ideation process, offering fresh perspectives to identify unique opportunities for activations that drive brand love and community engagement
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Previous experience in event coordination, live production, or experiential marketing (preferably within a global or high-growth consumer brand)
- Hands-on experience with event management software, ticketing platforms, and RSVP tools (e.g, Splash, Eventbrite, or equivalent systems)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting directly with members, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems proactively, and deliver work consistently on time
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours (evenings and weekends) and travel internationally as required for on-site event execution
