Responsibilities

Analyze production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
Collect and interpret data related to labor, materials, equipment, and workflow.
Assist in developing methods to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Conduct time studies and work measurement analyses.
Support facility layout and workflow optimization projects.
Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Assist with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports, charts, and presentations for management.
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or process improvement.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with CAD software, ERP systems, or statistical software is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Process mapping and workflow analysis.
Time and motion studies.
Data visualization and reporting.
Project management fundamentals.
Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
