As a Business Analyst Tech Working Student at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact—you’ll analyze data, help identify opportunities, and support strategies that push boundaries and redefine the grocery shopping experience. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your superpowers
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics or equivalent
- Proficiency with Machine Learning, SQL, and Python
- Passion for data analytics, AI, and business consulting
- You have the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a comprehensible manner to various stakeholders
- You are fluent in both written and verbal English and have an EU citizenship available
- Available for minimum 16h per week for minimum 4 months, preferably more

Logistics – Optimize the backbone of our operations, from fulfillment centers to last-mile delivery and demand forecasting across Europe. Think: automating international delivery forecasts for growth markets like France.
Tech – Build scalable backend systems, cutting-edge AI workflows, and internal tooling that power our entire platform. Think: building AI agent workflows (using Python, Claude, and SQL).
Consumer – Drive customer growth and strategic category development across our markets. Think: optimizing search algorithms for recipe discovery and running deep-dive analyses on customer retention and membership strategy.
