We're looking for a strategic, proactive Ecommerce Senior Content Specialist to support the development and execution of content strategies across multiple clients on the Amazon marketplace.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute content strategies for marketplace platforms, working with manager guidance on complex accounts while operating independently on core deliverables
Create compelling, conversion-focused copy for product listings — including keyword research, titles, bullet points, and A+ content — ensuring brand alignment across all work
Build a strong working knowledge of Podean's full content and creative offerings, including tools, internal processes, and marketplace best practices
Stay current on marketplace algorithm updates and platform changes, bringing relevant insights back to the team
Collaborate weekly with designers by developing detailed creative briefs and coordinating asset development
Support senior team members in client communications and relationship management, participating in client meetings and presentations
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform content strategies and identify optimization opportunities
Track and analyze content performance metrics, contributing to strategic recommendations with manager support
Manage content project timelines and ensure deliverables consistently meet quality standards
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and maintain organized project tracking systems
Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and support internal process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of professional experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, Communications, or a related field
Advanced copywriting skills with demonstrated ability to produce compelling, conversion-focused content
Strong SEO and keyword optimization experience across multiple platforms
Working knowledge of ecommerce marketplace dynamics and optimization strategies preferred
Experience briefing and coordinating designers and cross-functional partners to deliver on creative briefs
Solid analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights
Excellent organizational and communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal — with strong attention to detail
High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to build strong relationships with global teams, clients, and partners
A proactive, curious self-starter with a growth mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning in an emerging marketing discipline
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and holding yourself accountable to high standards
Able to lead and mentor junior content members
Amenable to working in US business hours
