Το Pricefox.gr είναι μια Ελληνική startup με εξειδίκευση στη σύγκριση υπηρεσιών και μετόχους το Antenna Group και Samlino Group.

Ας ξεκινήσουμε με το ρόλο:
Καθώς η ομάδα μας συνεχίζει να αναπτύσσεται, αναζητούμε έμπειρους συνεργάτες στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο, οι οποίοι θα συμβουλεύουν τους πελάτες μας στην επιλογή των ασφαλιστικών λύσεων που ανταποκρίνονται καλύτερα στις ανάγκες τους.
Αποστολή σου θα είναι να αξιοποιείς την ασφαλιστική σου εμπειρία για να προσφέρεις υψηλού επιπέδου συμβουλευτική, να χτίζεις σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης με τους πελάτες και να εξασφαλίζεις μια ομαλή και θετική εμπειρία σε κάθε στάδιο της διαδικασίας.

🔥100% εισερχόμενα leads, χωρίς cold calling: Επικοινωνείς αποκλειστικά με πελάτες που έχουν ήδη εκδηλώσει ενδιαφέρον και έχουν ζητήσει προσφορά μέσω του Pricefox.
🤝 Συμβουλευτικός ρόλος: Ο ρόλος σου είναι να καθοδηγείς τον πελάτη στη σωστή επιλογή, όχι να τον εντοπίζεις
💼 Υβριδικό μοντέλο εργασίας: Απολαμβάνεις την ευελιξία ενός σύγχρονου τρόπου εργασίας, συνδυάζοντας εργασία από το σπίτι και από το γραφείο

Οι αρμοδιότητές σου:
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και συμβουλεύεις πελάτες που έχουν ήδη εκδηλώσει ενδιαφέρον για ασφαλιστικές λύσεις.
- Αναλύεις τις ανάγκες τους και προτείνεις τις κατάλληλες λύσεις μέσα από ένα ευρύ δίκτυο 20 ασφαλιστικών παρόχων.
- Αξιοποιείς την εμπειρία σου στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο για τη δημιουργία σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης και την παροχή εξατομικευμένης συμβουλευτικής.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι υφιστάμενους πελάτες, εντοπίζοντας ευκαιρίες για επιπλέον υπηρεσίες που ανταποκρίνονται στις εξελισσόμενες ανάγκες τους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τον Team Leader της ομάδας, συμβάλλοντας στην καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη των πιο junior μελών, μοιράζοντας την εμπειρία και τις γνώσεις σου
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες Back-Office και Customer Support για τη βελτιστοποίηση της εμπειρίας του πελάτη.

- Προϋπηρεσία στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο, ιδανικά σε ρόλο πωλήσεων ή συμβουλευτικής
- Ενεργή Πιστοποίηση Ασφαλιστικού Πράκτορα
- Καλή γνώση ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων και διαδικασιών
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
- Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και συμβουλευτική νοοτροπία
- Εξοικείωση με τεχνολογία και εργαλεία CRM
