About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly community neurological rehabilitation team. This role involves working closely with your Allied Health Professional (AHP) colleagues to deliver high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions on Full-Time basis. You will support the delivery of community neuro rehabilitation to patients within clinics and wider community settings. Part-Time hours accepted, Monday to Friday staff can choose days to work if part-time working.
This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £27 per hour.
Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy:
- Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to patients with neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and rehabilitation processes.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Essential requirements of this Physiotherapy vacancy:
- HCPC registration
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Right to work in the UK
- Full valid driving licence and access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in community neuro rehabilitation, stroke, or outpatient settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
