Autorski mechanizm zakupu reklam jest pierwszym na świecie opartym w całości o algorytmy Deep Learning. Umożliwia reklamodawcom osiągać wyjątkowe efekty i realizować cele na każdym etapie lejka sprzedażowego.
Założoną w 2012 firmę RTB House tworzy ponad 1000 specjalistów w przeszło 30 lokalizacjach na całym świecie. RTB House obsługuje ponad 3000 kampanii dla klientów z regionów EMEA, APAC i obu Ameryk.
W 2026 roku firma RTB House uruchomiła rtb.com – samoobsługową platformę stworzoną specjalnie po to, aby umożliwić małym i średnim przedsiębiorstwom oraz agencjom wdrażanie automatycznie generowanych kreacji reklamowych i maksymalizację wyników przy dowolnym budżecie.
Twoje zadania:
- Przydzielanie zadań za pomocą systemu ticketowego i narzędzi wewnętrznych;
- Tworzenie procedur i ich dokumentowanie;
- Nadzorowanie pracy członków zespołu kreatywnego oraz ustalanie efektywnego workflow między zespołami;
- Zapewnienie terminowej realizacji zadań.
Wymagane doświadczenie:
- Doświadczenie w pracy z zespołem (min. ok. 1 rok);
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego (min. B2) - warunek konieczny;
- Doskonała organizacja pracy własnej, umiejętność wyznaczania priorytetów i zarządzania wieloma zadaniami jednocześnie.
- Uważność i szybkość w działaniu;
- Zdolność do identyfikowania potencjalnych problemów i znajdowania skutecznych rozwiązań.
Mile widziane:
- Znajomość technicznych aspektów prowadzenia kampanii internetowych;
- Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku;
- Znajomość systemów ticketowych.
- Doświadczenie w pracy z Photoshopem.
