Since 2007, Skilled Wound Care has been innovating mobile medicine delivery in the nursing facility. THE POSITION
We're able to offer you all of these amazing benefits by transitioning you from hospitals and clinics over to long-term care facilities. Our practice specializes in consistently delivering exceptional wound care and unparalleled bedside procedures to patients in nursing homes.
We are on the frontier of wound care science and innovation. This is your opportunity to learn from the best in the field, be trained in advanced bedside procedures & wound care, to be at the cutting edge of this science, and to bring advanced procedures to patients' bedsides.
LOCATION
Our home office is located in Los Angeles, California, but the beauty of this job is you can work from anywhere. We have relationships with facilities all across the nation and are adding new locations every day. You can choose the facilities that work best for you.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently we are looking for a minimum of two full weekdays; however, you should know full-time Monday through Friday physicians will receive priority consideration due to the magnitude of elderly care that's needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Be warned, we aren't a good fit for everyone. Please do not reply if the only reason you went to school was to get "Dr" or "M.D." next to your name or so you could have a large group of subordinates to bark orders to, you will not fit in here. If other physicians or nurses describe your procedure technique as "working on meat" vs. having the intent to relieve human suffering, then this isn't the place for you.
