Como Demi chef de Partie en Soho house, tu función será asegurarte de que nuestros socios disfruten siempre de una experiencia gastronómica increíble. Te daremos una plataforma para colaborar con sencillez, amabilidad y pasión.
Colaborarás con el Chef de Partie para asegurarte de que las responsabilidades designadas siempre se completen correctamente y de manera oportuna de acuerdo con los estándares, políticas y procedimientos de nuestra empresa.
Principales responsabilidades...
Preparar la cocina y la sección antes del servicio.
Preparar, marinar, cortar y precocinar todos los alimentos listos para servir.
Seguir las recetas, controlar las porciones, emplatar y las especificaciones de presentación para ofrecer platos consistentes y de alta calidad.
Seguir nuestro procedimiento completo de alergias para garantizar la seguridad de nuestros socios, clientes y equipo.
Reabastecer todos los artículos según sea necesario durante el turno.
Limpiar, desinfectar y mantener la sección, garantizando el cumplimiento de todas las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
Mantener y utilizar correctamente todo el equipo.
Ayudar a limpiar a fondo, desinfectar y organizar la cocina, las zonas de almacenamiento y el almacén para un entorno de trabajo impecable.
Asistir a las reuniones y capacitaciones periódicas del equipo para informarse sobre cualquier cambio en el menú o el servicio, así como sobre las ofertas especiales, además de las degustaciones diarias.
Supervisar, guiar y capacitar a otros según sea necesario.
Asistir a eventos de Cookhouse y a oportunidades de aprendizaje y desarrollo específicas para cada puesto para mejorar habilidades, conocimientos y pasión.
Apoyar al equipo según sea necesario.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas, productivas y profesionales con el equipo, tratando a todos con amabilidad y respeto.

El Demi chef de Partie seleccionado para Soho House tendrá idealmente hasta 2 años de experiencia en una concurrida cocina de alto perfil y un instinto natural para el servicio de primera clase. Serás fiable, amable y estarás encantado de formar parte del equipo que se esfuerza por alcanzar el éxito.
Pasión por la comida, la bebida y la hostelería

Formación en Cocina y/o en Hostelería, formación en APPCC
Conocimiento de la preparación básica de alimentos, presentación y conservación
Organización y planificación.
Buena memoria gustativa y olfativa.

Relaciones interpersonales (amabilidad, cordialidad, empatía).
Con buenas habilidades de comunicación.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
