Nos encontramos en busca de nuestros nuevos Ejecutivo/as de Ventas en Terreno los cuales ingresarán dentro del mes de Septiembre. Si tienes hambre de resultados y pasión por la tecnología, esta es tu oportunidad para transformar el comercio en Chile.
Compensación:
- Tu esfuerzo se paga en grande: $1.800.000 bruto aproximado al cumplir tu meta (base + variable).
- Supera la meta y multiplica tu variable hasta 3 veces (tope 300%).
Tu propósito:
- Ser la voz y la cara de SumUp ante los comercios, identificando sus retos y transformándolos en ventas recurrentes.
Lo que buscamos:

+2 años de éxito en ventas en terreno u omnicanal (fintech, seguros, retail o consumo masivo, entre otras).

Dominio de CRM y técnicas de referidos.
-
Disponibilidad para recorrer distintas comunas de la Región Metropolitana.

Enfoque de ventas consultivas basado en el valor, combinando storytelling y negociación estratégica.

Hambre de resultados y pasión por la tecnología.
Un día en tu vida:
-
Visitarás diversos comercios —cafeterías, ferreterías, bazares, entre otras— presentando nuestro POS y cerrando acuerdos cara a cara.

Analizarás tu pipeline en CRM, priorizarás leads y planificarás rutas eficientes para tus visitas.
-
Te comunicarás con prospectos por distintos medios para agendar visitas personalizadas.
-
Registrarás Leads de manera diaria, reportarás métricas clave (tasa de conversión, ticket medio, churn) y solicitarás referidos.

Cerrarás la jornada revisando resultados, compartiendo aprendizajes y preparando tu siguiente ronda de visitas.

Asesorarás, acompañarás y capacitarás a todos tus nuevos clientes en el uso de nuestros productos.
- Participarás de manera activa de todos nuestros rituales de equipo.
