Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
As our new Demi Chef de Partie, you'll be joining the kitchen at an exciting time as we bring new food concepts to life at The Social Hub Amsterdam City. From Grandmother, our all-day café inspired by everyone's favourite grandmother, to The Clubhouse, the social heart of the hub serving modern classics from breakfast through to the evening, you'll play an important role in bringing every service to life.
Working alongside experienced chefs, you'll support your section from prep through to the last ticket, making sure every plate is cooked with care, consistency and quality. This is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills, learn from a passionate team and continue building your culinary career in a kitchen that's always evolving.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook dishes that hit the mark every time
- Set up your station so you’re ready before the first order drops
- Support the Chef de Partie in running your section smoothly
- Keep plates consistent, clean, and looking great
- Work side by side with the team to keep service flowing
- Help guide junior chefs when they need a hand
- Keep your workspace spotless and organized
- Keep an eye on stock and reduce waste where you can
What You’ll Have
- You have culinary training or hands-on kitchen experience
- You bring 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- You know your way around food safety and hygiene standards
- You stay focused and steady, even when things get busy
- You enjoy working as part of a team and communicate clearly
- You speak English, and any local language is a plus
