The Opportunity

Third Bridge is the global leader in connecting top-tier investors—from Private Equity giants to elite Hedge Funds—with the critical insights that drive multi-billion dollar decisions. As an Assistant Vice President of Sales, you won't just be "selling"; you will be a strategic partner to the world's most sophisticated financial decision-makers within the mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity investment landscape.

Your Mission

You will lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, hunting and closing new business within core Hong Kong, Singapore and/or South China markets across both equities and private equity asset classes. This is a high-autonomy role requiring executive presence and an insight-led approach.

Own the Cycle: Execute the full sales stack—from strategic prospecting and lead qualification to high-level negotiation and conversion.
Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute quarterly plans to penetrate market-fit parameters and exceed new business quotas.
Insight-Led Selling: Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders, understanding their unique asset classes and business challenges.
Collaborate & Scale: Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Third Bridge’s primary research suite, maintaining a competitive edge in Asia.

What You Bring

Experience: 3+ years of high-performance institutional sales experience, ideally within Financial Services.
Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
Acumen: Deep understanding of the institutional investment industry and the ability to multitask with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Drive: A self-starter mentality with the intellectual curiosity to master new products and market shifts.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin languages preferred.
