Titan Security is currently hiring Security Patrol Officers to work at an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Duties may include:
- Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Checking vehicle passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.
- Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.
- Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures.
- Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections.
- Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.
- Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
- Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
- Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
- Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
Preferred Certifications: NRC Certification.
Pay and Benefits:
