We are looking for talent Producers to join Translation+.
What Translation+ Is
Translation+ is our pre-vetted bench of elite freelance talent — the people we call on first when our core team is at capacity or a project demands a very specific skill set. This isn't a cold roster of names we found on a platform. This is a curated circle of trusted collaborators who we know, whose work we believe in, and who we treat as a true extension of our team.

What You'll Do
Production at Translation is what turns great ideas into the most impactful artifacts real things in the world. Our producers are the backbone of every project — managing timelines, budgets, partners, vendors, and the thousand moving pieces that stand between a concept and a finished product. Whether you specialize in film and video, experiential, digital, social or integrated campaign production, we need producers who can hold the chaos together without losing the creative ambition inside of it. From junior producers learning the craft to senior producers who've run multimillion-dollar shoots, we're building a bench that can flex to whatever a project requires. If you're the person who makes it happen, we want you on our list.
How We Engage
We keep our process simple and intentional — because your time matters. Here's what to expect:
Step 1 — Screener Interview A conversation with someone from our Talent team to get to know you, understand your background, and make sure we're aligned on what you're looking for.
Step 2 — Department Interview A deeper conversation with a hiring manager in your area of expertise. This is where we really dig into your work, your experience, and how you operate.
Step 3 — The Decision Once both conversations are done, we make our call. If it's a fit, we bring you onto the bench — and that means something. You're in.
Step 4 — Getting Set Up If there’s an immediate need, we’ll have you complete the necessary paperwork right away to get you set up in our systems. If there isn’t, we’ll reach out when a project comes up and provide everything you need to get started at that time. This is a one-time process, and completing it upfront helps us move quickly when the right opportunity comes along.
Step 5 — We'll Be In Touch From there, we’ll reach out when an opportunity aligned with your skills and experience becomes available. We’ll share the details, and if the timing, availability, and rate work for you, we’ll get to work!
On Rates
Rates vary based on the scope, duration, and complexity of each engagement, and are grounded in our full-time salary bands so you know we're coming to you seriously. We'll always be upfront about what we have — from there, it's yours to take if it makes sense for you. No pressure, no obligation. We just ask for a straight answer so we can keep things moving.
