Change Management Consultant – Strategic Supplier Program

- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to support program milestones.
- Co-lead change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new labor sourcing processes.
- Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in.
- Provide strategic guidance on change management best practices to ensure program success.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
- Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to address organizational pain points.

Deliver executive-level presentations to maintain transparency and alignment.

2-5 years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in program delivery and managing complex, large-scale initiatives.
- Proven ability to operate effectively at a Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a large global technology organization or similar enterprise environment.
- Experience in labor sourcing, vendor management systems (VMS), or transformation functions.
