E-Scooter Delivery Driver (1099 Contractor)
Location: Manhattan, KS
Warehouse Address: 331 S Seth Child Rd, Unit E, Manhattan, KS 66502
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule
- Full-Time Option 2: Sunday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Part-Time: Friday–Sunday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Summary
Veo is seeking operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience while maintaining our vehicles and improving the efficiency of fleet operations. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs.
The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout their shift.
Responsibilities
- Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned tasks.
- Drive a company-provided van during scheduled shifts.
- Locate scooters and perform battery swaps.
- Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
- Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
- Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters.
- Maintain accurate task completion records through the Veo app.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology.
- Ability to lift and move scooters weighing up to 60 lbs. without assistance.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of local streets and geography.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
