Position Overview: In this role, you'll be an essential part of our mission to create success stories every day. Your role involves engaging with job seekers, guiding them through their job search journey, and matching them with their ideal job opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is energized by human interactions and excels in telephone communication. This is a great role to start out your career in recruiting, there are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English.
You will:
- Schedule and interview applicants
- Help prepare candidates for first day on the job
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails
- Support recruiting team in ensuring client satisfaction

You have:
- 1+ years in a customer service industry
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English (fluent)
- Multi-line phone experience preferred
- MS Office proficiency
Pay: $19.77 - $23.85 an hour
Location: Cedar Hill, TX (In-office)
