Atividades que serão desempenhadas no dia a dia
- Geração de Relatórios e Dashboards de Social Media: Extrair, consolidar e analisar dados de performance das redes sociais, transformando números brutos em relatórios claros e visuais (mensais, semanais ou sob demanda) para apoiar a tomada de decisão.
- Pesquisa de Insights e Tendências: Mapear comportamentos de consumo, monitorar conversas do setor, identificar novas tendências de mercado (como novos formatos, memes, áudios em alta) e propor oportunidades de conteúdo ou posicionamento para a marca.
- Monitoramento de Redes Sociais e Social Listening: Acompanhar a saúde da marca e a percepção do público em tempo real, identificando crises em potencial, oportunidades de engajamento espontâneo (real-time) e analisando a presença dos concorrentes.
- Apoio no Planejamento Estratégico: Traduzir os aprendizados das redes sociais em recomendações práticas para as equipes de criação, planejamento e atendimento.
Quais os maiores desafios desta posição?
- Gestão de Tempo e Priorização: O dinamismo das redes sociais exige flexibilidade e rapidez. O grande desafio será equilibrar a rotina de entregas diárias com demandas urgentes (real-time), garantindo o comprometimento com prazos e cronogramas.
- Curva de Aprendizado e Domínio de Ferramentas: Ter proatividade e resiliência para dominar e se atualizar constantemente em ferramentas de monitoramento (como Stilingue, Sprinklr ou similares).
- Transformação de Dados em Narrativas (Storytelling): O desafio não é apenas coletar dados, mas conseguir interpretá-los de forma lógica, explicando o "porquê" por trás dos números para pessoas que não são da área técnica.
