Co vás u nás čeká?
- Budete mít pod palcem kompletní HR administrativu zaměstnanců.
- Zajistíte, aby všechny personální údaje, docházka, absence a dokumentace byly vždy aktuální a správně evidované v systému OK-Base.
- Stanete se průvodcem nových kolegů během onboardingu a zároveň zajistíte profesionální průběh offboardingu.
- Budete připravovat pracovní smlouvy, dodatky a další HR dokumentaci.
- Postaráte se o správu osobních složek, benefitů, školení a certifikací.
- Budete koordinovat změny během zaměstnaneckého životního cyklu – od změny pozice až po úpravy osobních údajů či odměňování.
- Připravíte pravidelné HR reporty a důležité podklady pro finanční oddělení.
- Pomůžete nám udržovat přehlednou organizační strukturu a podpoříte interní HR projekty a iniciativy.
Koho hledáme?
- Máte zkušenosti s HR administrativou.
- Baví vás detail a dokážete si udržet přehled i ve větším množství informací.
- Umíte si dobře organizovat práci a stanovovat priority.
- Komunikujete profesionálně a zároveň lidsky.
- Excel je váš dobrý známý a v HR systémech se neztratíte.
- Znalost systému OK-Base je výhodou, nikoliv podmínkou.
- Jste proaktivní, spolehliví a rádi dotahujete věci do konce.
- Angličtinu ovládáte na výborné úrovni.
