Waccamaw Regional Veterinary Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director (DVM) to lead our growing small animal veterinary hospital in Conway, South Carolina. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Establish and maintain high standards of veterinary medicine and patient care
  • Guide diagnostic, treatment, and case management decisions
  • Perform surgical and dental procedures

  • Promote best practices and evidence-based medicine throughout the hospital

Mentorship & Team Development

  • Mentor associate veterinarians and support clinical skill development

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
  • Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in South Carolina
  • Five or more years of clinical veterinary experience preferred

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
