- Clinical Development and Support: continuous support and professional development with in-house CEU opportunities and clinical guidance/support
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
- Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development
- Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan
- Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
- Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines
Compensation
- Hourly model: $40-51/hour
- Salary model available
What You'll Need
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
