WPP Production is seeking an Editor for future projects

What does an Editor do at WPP Production?

As an Editor, you will be at the forefront of transforming ideas into captivating visual narratives. Collaborating closely across multidisciplinary studio capabilities and in partnership with clients, you will refine and enhance edits to create high-quality content that delivers clear and engaging storytelling.

Duties:

Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with directors, producers, creative leads, and clients to bring creative concepts and story visions to life.
Craft compelling narratives using footage, sound design, graphics, and visual effects.
Edit and assemble raw material into polished content across multiple formats and platforms.
Ensure pacing, tone, and storytelling align with the intended creative vision and brand guidelines.
Apply color correction, basic audio mixing, and integrate motion graphics when required.
Adapt edits for multiple platforms, regional/local versions, and varying technical specifications.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure all deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
Manage media assets, file organization, versioning, and post-production workflows efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, editing software, and AI-powered creative tools.
Maintain high quality-control standards while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong workflow knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ability to perform basic animation, titling, and color correction tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and client-facing skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
More than 5 years of experience in post-production houses, creative studios, or advertising agencies.
Experience working with consulting and/or audit accounts is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
