Then this role as Senior Mobile Apps Developer at 4PS is for you.

What will you do?
As a Senior Mobile Apps Developer, you play a key role within the development team. You are responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving mobile applications for Android and iOS, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and future-proof.

You are involved in the full software development lifecycle and take the lead in technical decision-making. You ensure quality, security, and maintainability, while actively contributing to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

You work in a multidisciplinary Scrum team and act as a sparring partner for product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders. You take ownership of complex features and contribute to a strong team dynamic through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Your key responsibilities

  • Defining and safeguarding the technical architecture of mobile applications
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable mobile solutions
  • Making well-founded choices in frameworks, tooling, and technologies
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of complex features and projects
  • Integrating APIs and external services
  • Ensuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
  • Setting up and improving CI/CD processes and automation
  • Coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level developers
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for stakeholders
  • Identifying risks and proactively proposing solutions

How do you work?
You are part of a Scrum team and collaborate closely with Product Management, UX/UI, and other development teams. You actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

You translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions, considering user experience, performance, and various scenarios such as offline and online usage.

What do you bring?

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, including several years in mobile development
  • At least 5 years of experience with .NET (preferably .NET Core / .NET 6+);
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core (developing REST APIs and backend services);
  • Experience with .NET MAUI or similar mobile frameworks (e.g. Xamarin);
  • Proven experience in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS);
  • Strong experience with Git (branching, pull requests, code reviews);
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code) Proven ability to build maintainable and testable software;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Affinity with mobile app development (UX, performance, offline/online scenarios);
  • Ownership mindset and end-to-end responsibility for quality and delivery;
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CI/CD (e.g. YAML pipelines)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
  • Experience with test automation (UI testing such as Appium and API/integration testing)
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud environments
  • Experience with monitoring and logging (e.g. Application Insights)
  • Knowledge of performance optimization (mobile and backend)
  • Experience with AI tools in development (e.g. Copilot, AI-assisted testing)
