Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the team's capabilities and expertise.

Partner and Client Management 合作夥伴與客戶管理:
- Independently manage relationships with partners and clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.

Sales Operations and Strategic Planning 銷售運營與策略規劃:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer and partner information, sales leads, and progress.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
至少3年銷售或業務拓展相關經驗，網絡安全行業經驗優先。
- Proven experience in selling cybersecurity assessment services is required.
必須具備銷售資安檢測相關服務的經驗。
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and client relationships.

- Familiarity with SaaS-based services and a good understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
