Jouw rol als Senior Recruitetment Consultant:
Als senior professional neem je een leidende rol in business development en het uitbouwen van strategische klantrelaties. Je brengt diepgaande marktkennis mee, stuurt commerciële processen aan en helpt minder ervaren collega’s verder te ontwikkelen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Identificeren en benutten van hoogwaardige zakelijke kansen
- Opstellen en implementeren van strategische groeiplannen
- Managen van de volledige salescyclus – van acquisitie tot contractonderhandeling
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke, langdurige relaties met klanten en kandidaten
- Coachen en begeleiden van junior teamleden in hun ontwikkeling
- Netwerken met senior professionals en besluitvormers binnen de sector
Wie ben jij?
- Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in sales en/of recruitment
- Bewezen trackrecord in business development en relatiebeheer
- Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en strategisch inzicht
- Vloeiend in Engels; kennis van Nederlands en/of Duits is een plus
- Ambitieus, resultaatgericht en in staat om anderen te inspireren
