AnyMind Thailand is a dynamic and forward-thinking MarTech firm dedicated to providing innovative and effective marketing solutions to our clients. We are seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
What you will do
- Clarify and analyze briefs provided by the Account Management team to thoroughly understand business challenges and goals, developing proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Lead communication, influencer and IMC strategic planning processes based on campaign requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research to gain comprehensive consumer insights and market knowledge, ensuring strategic alignment of all campaign executions.
- Possess a strong foundation in digital communication and online media strategies.
- Develop compelling presentations and effectively communicate strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Creative Planners, and Biddable/Media Buyer teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Represent the agency in client meetings by presenting strategies and providing expert consultations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or a related field
- 5-7 years of working experience in Communication Strategic Planning and Influencer Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a team leader or manager at least 1-2 years
- Must have knowledge of AI adaptation in the job.
- In-depth understanding of the digital landscape, key performance indicators, and the ability to propose tracking mechanisms to measure campaign success
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in measuring campaign performance across various metrics
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in Thai, and English is a must
