役職:
このポジションは、KitchenBASE 日本でのアカウントエグゼクティブ（正社員・フルタイム）としての役割です。アカウントエグゼクティブは、クライアントアカウントの管理および維持に関連する日々の業務を担当します。具体的には、クライアントとの強固な関係を構築し、維持すること、クライアントのニーズを理解し、それを超えるソリューションを提供することが求められます。このポジションでは、コールドコールやコールド訪問といったアウトバウンド活動だけでなく、インバウンドの対応も含まれます。また、アカウントエグゼクティブは、売上目標を達成し、会社の成長と成功に貢献する責任も負います。日本で新しいイノベーティブなサービスを構築したいという、ハンター精神、起業家精神、オーナーシップを持った方を求めています。

必要な経験、スキル:
3年以上のBtoB営業経験内外のクライアントと信頼関係を築くための優れたコミュニケーション能力・対人スキル「手を動かす」ことに対する強い興味と速い学習能力を持っている方：
直接的な経験（営業、R&E分野、テナントリース、テナントマネジメント、ブローカレッジ、サービスオペレーション、リテール、ホスピタリティ、物流・フルフィルメント、オペレーションが重視されるテクノロジー企業での経験）または
食品、医薬品、その他高規制の製造施設での物流やオペレーション管理の経験
伝統的なコンサルティングやバンキングでの勤務経験
があり、キャリア転換を目指している方
日本語での会話、リスニング、ライティングにおける流暢さ（必須）
- プロジェクトやタスクを管理するためのITリテラシー：Salesforce、Googleスライド/ドキュメント/スプレッドシート、Google Meet、Zoom、DocuSign、PandaDoc、Slack
- 優れた組織力とタイムマネジメントスキル
- 自立して働ける一方で、チームプレイヤーとしても優れた協調性を持つ
