Every day, you’ll help individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in your community live more independently, confidently, and fully, while building a career you love as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). You’ll build meaningful one-on-one connections, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and champion for their independence.
We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Cambria County!

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Empower independence and confidence
- Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful moments
- Support daily living tasks like meal prep and routines
- Encourage community engagement and social connection
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Assist with transportation for appointments and outings
Compensation & Flexibility
- Up to $19/hr.
- Weekly pay
- Flexible part-time schedules (multiple shift options)
- Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home)
- Mileage reimbursement options

What You Bring as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD (or willingness to train through our apprentice program)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Reliable transportation to support client needs
