At BAYADA, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, strengthen everyday skills, and live more independently in the comfort of their own homes. If you have at least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, this is your opportunity to turn that experience into meaningful, relationship-centered work. If you do not have experience, you may qualify for our apprentice training program!

Compensation & Schedule
- Up to $19/hr.
- Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
- Mileage reimbursement options available
What We’re Looking For in Direct Support Professionals (DSP):
- 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
- Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area
What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Provide support with daily routines and personal care
- Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence
- Offer encouragement, consistency, and meaningful companionship
- Support engagement at home and within the community
