Every day, you’ll help individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) as a Direct Support Professional - DSP in your community live more independently, confidently, and fully—while building a career you love.
We have part time openings, with the potential to reach 40 hours a week in the following locations:
- Canonsburg, PA 15317
- and surrounding Washington county areas
BAYADA offers Direct Support Professionals - DSP the following benefits:
- Paid Clearances, Training and Orientation
- Weekly pay ($18-$19), PTO
- Flexible scheduling and short commute times

- 24/7 on call clinical manager support
Job Responsibilities for Direct Support Professionals - DSP:
- You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
- You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for Direct Support Professionals - DSP:
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program
- High school diploma or equivalent
