Are you ready to turn your compassion into something bigger as a Habilitation Tech - DSP? At BAYADA, you won’t just have a job—you’ll have a purpose. Every day, you’ll help individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) as a Habilitation Tech - DSP in your community live more independently, confidently, and fully—while building a career you love.
We have part time with the potential to reach 40 hours; job openings in the following locations:
- Monongahela,PA
- Clairton, PA
- West Mifflin, PA
- Elizabeth,PA
- Venetia,PA
BAYADA offers Habilitation Tech - DSPs the following benefits:
- Paid Clearances, Training and Orientation
- Weekly pay ($18.00-$19.00), PTO
- Flexible scheduling and short commute times
- Positive and stable work environment and the tools you need to do your job

- 24/7 on call clinical manager support
Job Responsibilities for Habilitation Tech - DSPs:
- You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
- You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for Habilitation Tech - DSPs:
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program
- High school diploma or equivalent
