Le chef de projet - Rapports et visualisation sera chargé d'aider le groupe Digital Analytics and Insights à recueillir les exigences, les données sources et à fournir des rapports et des visualisations convaincantes aux principales parties prenantes de l'organisation mondiale de la découverte. Vous travaillerez avec divers groupes fonctionnels pour recueillir les exigences, concevoir des rapports et des tableaux de bord pertinents et améliorer continuellement la Business Intelligence. Responsabilités Dirige les discussions tout au long des phases du cycle de vie de la conception de la Business Intelligence Planifie, gère et contrôle les étapes clés du projet, les mesures et l'efficacité S'assure que les objectifs et la portée sont clairement définis et compris par les parties prenantes et l'équipe d'analyse Gère efficacement les communications internes verbales (réunions d'équipe) et écrites (rapports de situation). Collabore avec d'autres responsables BI de l'ensemble de l'organisation pour coordonner les outils et les méthodes. S'assure que l'accès et la formation appropriés sont fournis aux utilisateurs finaux concernés Effectue une analyse post mortem du projet pour capturer des idées d'amélioration pour les projets futurs. Conditions Baccalauréat, maîtrise ou doctorat en technologie de l'information, en informatique, en ingénierie, en gestion des affaires ou dans une discipline similaire 2+ années d'expérience dans la gestion de projets analytiques BI et la direction d'équipes dans une organisation virtuelle / globale ou structurée Doit être capable de définir, de façonner et de mener à bien des projets tout en collaborant efficacement avec les autres Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes. Démontrer une capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à présenter efficacement des recommandations à la haute direction Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, éthique de travail et capacité à bien travailler individuellement ainsi qu'à diriger des équipes de projet interfonctionnelles Compréhension des principes de conception et de l'esthétique des tableaux de bord et des rapports d'entreprise (c'est-à-dire l'aspect et la convivialité) Compréhension de base de la modélisation de données et de la conception de bases de données, y compris une expérience du serveur SQL et du développement DataStage Expérience avec les outils de visualisation BI et leur mise en œuvre, idéalement Tableau ou PowerBI Une compréhension et une expérience des technologies et des plates-formes de données volumineuses sont fortement souhaitées Expérience préalable dans la conception, le développement et le déploiement d'applications BI Une expérience fonctionnelle dans une gamme de processus commerciaux avec un accent sur la personnalisation et la gestion des revenus et l'intégration des données marketing est un plus Une expérience dans les médias est un plus Doit avoir le droit légal de travailler aux États-Unis
