Nous recherchons un Chef de produit possédant une solide expérience en UX/UI motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion de produit OneSpan. Ce poste est ouvert aux candidats ayant résidence à Montréal car il s'agit d'un rôle hybride.
Ce que vous ferez:
- Maîtrisez l'expérience : Dirigez la conception de l'interface utilisateur et la stratégie de l'expérience utilisateur pour notre portefeuille d'accords numériques de signature électronique.
- Conception & Prototype : Créer des wireframes haute fidélité, des prototypes interactifs et des maquettes soignées du concept au lancement.
- Faire évoluer le système : Maintenir et faire évoluer notre Système de Design afin d'assurer la cohérence de la marque sur toutes les plateformes.
- Garantir l'accessibilité : Appliquer les normes WCAG 2.2 pour garantir une expérience véritablement inclusive à tous les utilisateurs.
- Collaborer : Collaborez avec des chercheurs en gestion de produit, en ingénierie et en sécurité pour transformer des exigences de sécurité complexes et à enjeux élevés en interfaces élégantes et intuitives.
Ce que vous apportez:
- Expérience avérée en tant que designer UX/UI, de préférence dans des environnements d'entreprise, SaaS ou cybersécurité.
- Un portfolio solide mettant en avant des processus de conception de bout en bout pour des applications complexes et interactives.
- Expertise en Figma [ou équivalent moderne].
- Connaissance approfondie des modèles de conception UI, des principes d'ergonomie et des normes d'accessibilité WCAG.
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour traduire les exigences techniques en parcours utilisateurs élégants.
Expérience requise:
- Expérience de travail étroit avec des chefs de produit et des équipes interfonctionnelles (ingénierie, marketing, données) dans des environnements agiles
- Solide compréhension du cycle de vie du produit et capacité à aligner les décisions de conception avec les objectifs métier et utilisateurs
- Capacité avérée à traduire les exigences produits et les besoins des utilisateurs en solutions de conception intuitives
- Expérience de la conduite et de l'application de recherches utilisateurs, de tests d'ergonomie et d'insights basés sur les données
Exigences privilégiées:
- 3+ ans d'expérience en conception B2B2C
- Expérience dans les services financiers (banque, assurance, fintech)
- Licence en commerce, technologie ou domaine connexe

We are a global leader in providing high-assurance identity verification, transaction signing, authentication, mobile security, simplified e-signature workflows, and secure video collaboration for virtual transactions. Our solutions enable trust that ensures the integrity of the people and artifacts associated with digital agreements and transactions across banking, financial services, healthcare, and professional services.
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with a strong UX/UI background to join our OneSpan Product Management team. This position is open to candidates who have their residence in Montreal as it is a hybrid role.
What You'll Do:
- Own the Experience: Lead the UI design and user experience strategy for our eSignature Digital Agreements portfolio.
- Design & Prototype: Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished mockups from concept to launch.
- Evolve the System: Maintain and scale our Design System to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Ensure Accessibility: Apply WCAG 2.2 standards to ensure a truly inclusive experience for all users.
- Collaborate: Partner with product management, engineering, and security researchers to turn complex, high-stakes security requirements into elegant, intuitive interfaces.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably within enterprise, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes for complex, interactive applications.
- Expertise in Figma [or modern equivalent].
- Deep knowledge of UI design patterns, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements into elegant user journeys.
Required Experience
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, data) in agile environments
