We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en gedreven Stagiair Operations Benelux voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam, die zijn of haar vaardigheden wil ontwikkelen binnen onze Flix-familie. Deze stage is praktijkgericht in plaats van theoretisch - je bent vanaf dag één hands-on bezig.

Jouw Taken — Verf de Wereld Groen
- Administratie & Operaties: Ondersteun dagelijkse administratieve taken, beheer de operationele inbox en behandel relevante vragen van partners op een tijdige en professionele manier
- Analyse & Rapportage: Help bij KPI-analyses om partners een sleutelrol te laten spelen in ons internationale routenetwerk, en lever betrouwbare rapporten en bruikbare inzichten aan de teams
- Automatisering & Procesverbetering: Drijf actief de automatisering van operationele workflows en repetitieve taken, experimenteer met AI-tools om slimmere en nauwkeurigere processen te bouwen - en zet handmatig werk om in schaalbare, betrouwbare oplossingen
- Communicatie & Nieuwsbrief: Draag bij aan interne en externe communicatie, inclusief het opstellen en verspreiden van de maandelijkse Benelux-nieuwsbrief aan buspartners
- Proactief Veldonderzoek: Neem het initiatief bij bezoeken aan stations in ons netwerk, stel gestructureerde veldrapportages op en draag bij aan de verbetering van onze operaties
- Partnerontwikkeling: Help bij het opbouwen, onderhouden en ontwikkelen van duurzame partnerschappen door regionale operaties in de Benelux te ondersteunen
Jouw Profiel — Klaar om aan Boord te Stappen?
- Opleiding:Je hebt een HBO-niveau in een relevant vakgebied (bijv. Toerisme, Bedrijfskunde, Logistiek of Communicatie)
- Talen: Je beheerst Engels en Nederlands en/of Frans vloeiend
- Detailgericht & Nauwkeurig: Je hebt de natuurlijke neiging om je werk te controleren, inconsistenties op te sporen en trots te zijn op het leveren van accurate, hoogwaardige resultaten
- Proactief & Zelfstandig: Je wacht niet op instructies - je anticipeert op behoeften, neemt eigenaarschap en zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om waarde toe te voegen buiten je kerntaken
- Affiniteit met Automatisering: Je hebt een oprechte interesse in digitale tools en automatisering, en bent gedreven om processen slimmer, sneller en schaalbaarder te maken
