Define, develop, and execute the global influencer and creator marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable revenue growth;

Create and own global/regional Influence Marketing strategy, aligning it directly with overall brand goals, product launches, and key performance indicators;
-
Manage and optimize the influencer marketing budget, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) and providing transparent forecasting and allocation reports to the executive team;
-
Stay ahead of emerging social platforms, content formats, technology, and competitor influence strategies to maintain a competitive advantage;
-
Establish and enforce best practices for influencer vetting, contract negotiation, content disclosure, and regulatory compliance;
-
Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Influence Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role;
-
Experience working in iGaming;
-
Proven experience developing and executing influencer marketing strategies;
-
Experience managing influencer campaigns across global markets;
-
Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, CAC, engagement, conversions);
-
Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign performance;
-
Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading a team;
-
Ability to identify new trends, platforms, and growth opportunities;
-
English level - at least Upper-Intermediate;
-
Spanish - will be a plus.
