Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and company growth plans
- Lead HR Operations, HR Administration, and Office Administration functions
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, team scaling, and talent management
- Advise managers and employees on people-related matters, employee relations, and performance management
- Drive employee engagement, company culture, and employer branding initiatives
- Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and process optimization to support business decisions
- Oversee HR systems, employee data management, and process automation
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience, including HR Operations
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Experience managing HR budgets
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills
- Experience with HR policies, processes, KPIs, OKRs, and HR analytics
- Hands-on experience with HRM, ATS, CRM, and other HR systems
- Knowledge of relocation, work permits, and immigration processes
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

- Experience supporting international teams and multi-country HR operations
