Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Social Workers to join its client’s Adult Services team based in South Tyneside.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conducting timely assessments of adults, families, or vulnerable residents to identify risks, strengths, and support needs within the local community
- Coordinating multi‑agency interventions with health, housing, police, and voluntary services to ensure residents receive cohesive, outcome‑focused support
- Managing safeguarding concerns by responding to referrals, completing enquiries, and implementing protection plans that prioritise safety and independence

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
