Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our client’s Adults Mental Health team in Sheffield.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Assess mental health needs and create support plans
- Coordinate access to services like therapy, housing, or benefits
- Safeguard and advocate for vulnerable individuals

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
