Job Title: Social Worker - Hospital Team
Location: Hull
Pay Rate: £35.48 per hour
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Hospital team, based in Hull.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Assess patient needs to support emotional, social, and practical well-being during hospitalization.
- Coordinate discharge planning by arranging follow-up care, rehabilitation, or community services.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients and families during medical emergencies.
- Advocate for patient rights and help navigate healthcare systems, benefits, and legal protections.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have.
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
