Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker to join its client’s Review team, based in East Riding of Yorkshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Complete strengths-based reviews and reassessments of adults with care and support needs, ensuring outcomes remain person-centred and compliant with the Care Act 2014.
- Review existing care packages, direct payments and support plans, making recommendations to promote independence, manage risk and achieve value for money.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, providers and partner agencies to assess changing needs, coordinate services and ensure timely interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
