Job Description
Dishwasher Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Operateand maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness
- Sort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelines
- Monitorand maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need replenishment
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment areproperly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areas
- Maintaincleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas, including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfaces
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals andmaintaininga clean and hazard-free work environment
- Support the kitchen team byassistingwith various tasks, such as receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanliness.

Working Conditions/Environment:
- The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
- Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
- The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
- The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee typically encounters while performing the essential functions of the position.
