Start Your Career as a Junior Golang Developer with mthree!
We are looking for software engineers to join a team delivering end-to-end software solutions, building systems from the ground up rather than relying on off-the-shelf products. While Golang is a highly desired skill, candidates with strong software development experience in Java, Python, or C# are also encouraged to apply.
We value candidates with aptitude, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn above specific technical skills. Both graduates and career changers are welcome, provided they demonstrate the right mindset and capability. Candidates must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years to be eligible for government security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions from scratch.
- Collaborate on government-focused projects, similar to large-scale engagements with departments like the Home Office.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

How the Alumni Program Works

- The right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
