Start your tech career with mthree’s Tech Accelerator. You’ll get hands-on training, personalised support, and the chance to begin an exciting role at a leading investment bank in Stevenage, UK - You must live within 25 miles OR 45 minute commute to Stevenage)
This programme does not require a degree just passion for technology, the willingness to learn, and the drive to grow.

What You’ll Learn at mthree Academy
Based on your chosen pathway (BA/PM or Engineering), training will cover:

Core programming concepts
-
How databases work and how to use them
-
DevOps basics and CI/CD tools
-
Scripting and automation
-
An introduction to financial services and banking
-
Professional skills, communication, and interview preparation

What You Need to Succeed

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Committed to attending the office 5 days a week
